Log into your Amber Sound account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order, or contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
